What Your Dog Actually Gets at Paws Up Daycare
Not chaos. Not overcrowding. Not “hope for the best” playgroups.
Your dog’s day is intentionally designed to build better behavior, safer interactions, and balanced energy.
Most daycare problems come from too much freedom, too fast. We fix that.
Behavior-Based Playgroups
Dogs are grouped by energy level, temperament, and communication style—not just size—creating safer, more appropriate interactions.
Trainer-Led Socialization
Our experienced staff actively guide play, helping dogs build confidence, improve communication, and avoid overstimulation.
Indoor & Outdoor Play Options
With climate-controlled indoor space, your dog stays active and comfortable no matter what Plano, Texas weather brings.
Pack-Based Energy Regulation & Rest
We don’t push dogs to exhaustion. Instead, we actively manage energy levels throughout the day so dogs learn how to regulate themselves around others.
As energy settles, dogs naturally take breaks together—creating a calmer, more balanced group dynamic.
Personalized Care for Every Dog

We start the day by helping each dog settle in. Pups arriving in the morning enjoy a little quiet time, a morning treat, or food you’ve sent from home. One by one, they’re brought outside to stretch their legs and enjoy playtime—weather permitting.
If it's too hot, cold, or wet, dogs will still get potty breaks outside before moving into our climate-controlled indoor play area for group fun and enrichment activities.
Daycare continues until the energy winds down—usually by mid-afternoon—when it’s time for a break. Each dog relaxes in their individual suite for quiet nap time with fresh water and soft lighting. Once rested, they’re ready for pick-up and head home happy and tired!
Absolutely. Structured play helps prevent over-arousal, stress, and miscommunication between dogs. Our trained team uses behavioral cues to group dogs appropriately and guide them through positive interactions. The result? A more fulfilling and safer daycare experience for your dog.
Yes, we welcome intact dogs of any age, including puppies and adolescents. The only exception is females in heat, who should not attend daycare until their cycle has ended.
It’s easy! Just log in to our Owner Portal, choose your preferred date, and reserve your pup’s spot. If you’re new, you can also schedule a meet & greet or tour through the portal.
All your dog needs is a secure collar or harness for drop-off, and plenty of excitement to play! For safety, harnesses will be removed before dogs enter group play. We provide everything else—interactive toys, fresh water, enrichment activities, and cozy rest suites. If your pup has special dietary needs, medications, or comfort items, feel free to send them along and let our staff know at check-in.
We require Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella.
